Terry Noyes

Physician Assistant-Certified

Terry Noyes serves as a Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) at the Winston Center, supporting clients in their treatment pathways and upholding our organizational mission to deliver the best possible care.

In her role as a PA-C, Terry develops and manages therapeutic plans to improve patient health and wellbeing and help them overcome challenges as they relate to ADHD and related mental health conditions.

Prior to her current position, Terry worked as a physician assistant at both private practices and corporations. She has extensive experience working with both children and adults, specializing across a variety of medical fields, including endocrine health, women’s health, family medicine and addiction medicine. Furthermore, Terry served as a para-educator with Riverside School District.

Terry is a nationally certified physician assistant, licensed in the state of Washington and is a DATA 2000 prescriber, which means she is permitted to treat opioid dependency with medications approved by the FDA. She has a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Colorado and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Eastern Washington University. Additionally, Terry is a member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Washington Academy of Physician Assistants.

Outside of work, Terry enjoys volunteering with the Boy Scouts, her church and a local elementary school. Her personal interests including hiking, biking, baking and spending time with her family and two golden retrievers.
