An experienced speech-language pathologist and Winston Center’s Director of Language and Learning Services, Hannah Fant exemplifies our mission to help clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Hannah is a vital part of the Winston Center team, elevating our speech language pathology services by providing training and support for the language and learning staff. Besides supervising and supporting the team, her day-to-day responsibilities include providing assessment and treatment for dyslexia and other language-based learning disabilities. In addition, Hannah specializes in telemedicine, providing effective support through virtual channels alongside her in-person practice. Whether delivered in-person or virtually, our clients appreciate Hannah’s caring, patient and focused approach to treatment.

Committed to maintaining best practices in her field, Hannah participates in Washington State University’s clinical practicum off-site training, where she helps train master’s-level student clinicians at the Eastern Washington University/Washington State University Language Pathology program. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and the ASHA Special Interest Group 18, which focuses on providing education, leadership and advocacy for issues in telepractice. She also received ASHA’s Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

Hannah earned a master’s degree in speech-language pathology and a bachelor’s degree in speech and hearing sciences from Washington State University, Spokane. Moreover, she is licensed to practice speech-language pathology across multiple states: Washington, Idaho, Montana and Colorado.

When she’s not working, Hannah enjoys skiing, drawing, reading and writing. Her interests include the Lord of the Rings, Star Wars and studying linguistics.
