Brian Pham, MD

Psychiatrist, Medical Director

As Winston Center’s Medical Director, Psychiatrist Brian Pham oversees and provides training for all clinicians, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and physician assistants to ensure exceptional care for ADHD.

Specializing in child, adolescent and adult psychiatry, Brian brings an unwavering commitment to building client confidence and resiliency while overcoming challenges. His approach is highly aligned with the Winston Protocol, combining holistic solutions with cutting-edge, research-supported methods for enhancing wellness.

Brian’s career has always focused on having a positive impact in others’ lives. Prior to joining Winston Center at a Child Psychiatrist, he served as Lead Child Psychiatrist with Valley Cities Behavioral Health, which has several neighborhood clinics throughout King County, Washington. In addition, he is volunteer clinical faculty with A.T. Still University and HealthPoint Family Medicine residence program. In this role, he educates medical students and serves as the primary preceptor for the family medicine residents’ psychiatry rotation.

As a college student, Brian worked as a counselor at a camp for children with ADHD or autism. This formational experience sparked his decision to study psychiatry. After graduating magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree at Brown University in Human Biology, Brain and Behavior, Brian graduated from Brown University’s Warren Alpert Medical School, training in general adult psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. He completed residency at University of California Los Angeles Semel Institute/Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital, as well as a fellowship at University of California, Irvine.

Brian is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He is board certified in Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is licensed in Washington.

In his free time, Brian enjoys drawing, painting, tennis and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest via hiking trails or paddle board.
