Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), Executive Function Testing Technician

Alyssa Gonzalez brings enthusiasm and commitment to the Winston Center team as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant and Executive Function Testing Technician.

In her role as SLPA, Alyssa administers personalized treatment plans under the direct guidance of our clinically certified speech-language pathologists. She also provides speech, language and hearing screenings, and may refer clients to a speech-language pathologist for an evaluation. Alyssa’s professionalism, knowledge and bright attitude contributes to Winston Center’s glowing reputation across the Pacific Northwest.

Additionally, as an Executive Function Testing Technician, Alyssa administers executive function tests for our ADHD clients under the direction and supervision of our child psychiatry team.

Alyssa earned a bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders from Eastern Washington University and has an SLPA Washington State License. Additionally, she has completed coursework through the Dyslexia Training Institute, including a course on the Orton-Gillingham treatment approach.

During her free time, Alyssa enjoys being outside with her dog, going back to the Wenatchee Valley to visit family as well as baking and crafting.
